A reproducible release comparison
This report compares the state totals in a retained PlainHazard database snapshot rebuilt on June 8, 2026 with the current FEMA OpenFEMA Disaster Declarations Summaries snapshot rebuilt on July 20, 2026. The same state-total field is compared on both sides. A declaration count records federal action and its designated areas; it does not measure every local event, personal safety, or future risk.
