County emergency management reported 20 to 30 roads flooded by 9:45 AM on the 12th, with significant flooding of the US-2 rail underpass in Powers as well as much of the surrounding town and the nearby town of Wilson. On the 13th, railroad tracks in Faithorn were washed out. In the overnight of the 13th into the 14th, County Road 563 washed out at Wilson Creek. One water rescue was performed in Harris Township on the 14th.Due to the severity of the flooding, a Disaster Declaration Request was approved by the president on June 30th.
